GIA announces the release of a comprehensive global report on Butter markets. The world market for butter is projected to exceed 10 million metric tons by the year 2015. With the dairy industry back on its recovery path in 2009, the global butter market appears to have been partly stabilized, following the drubbing that the butter industry endured during the global economic recession.
